Grandma's Tech Coach ("we," "our," or "us") built the Grandma's Daily Peace app as a mobile application. This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
By using the app, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Account registration (optional)
Creating an account is not required to use the app. If you choose to create an account, we collect:
Journal entries
If you use the in-app journal, your written reflections are stored on your device. If you have an account and enable cloud sync, they are also stored on our secure server. We do not read, share, or analyze the content of your journal.
Saved verses and highlights
Bible verses you save, along with any word or phrase highlights you apply to them, are stored on your device. With cloud sync enabled, they are also stored on our server.
Saved prayers
Prayers you choose to save are stored on your device and, with cloud sync, on our server.
App preferences
The following preferences are stored locally on your device and, with cloud sync, on our server:
We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses, usage logs, session data, or behavioral analytics.
The Church Finder feature can optionally use your device's location to help you find nearby churches. Location access:
If you enable daily verse or prayer reminders, the app requests permission to send local notifications. These reminders are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device. No information about your notifications is sent to our servers.

Bible verse suggestions are matched to your selected themes using a local, on-device library. No part of your struggle selections, journal text, or personal information is sent to any external AI service or third-party API to generate content.
Prayers displayed in the app are generated from pre-written templates combined with your selected tone, length, and audience preferences. All of this processing happens on your device. No personal data is transmitted for content generation.
Cloud sync is opt-in and only available to users who create an account. When sync is active:
If you use the app as a guest (no account), all data remains on your device only and is never transmitted anywhere.
The app uses RevenueCat to manage Premium subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat may collect:
RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, journal content, or any personal spiritual data. Please review RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy for full details.
This app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Access and correction
You can view and update your account information at any time within the app.
Data deletion
You can delete your account and all associated cloud data by going to:
Settings → scroll to "Account" section → "Delete Account"
This permanently removes your account and all server-stored data.
Location
You can revoke location permission at any time through your device's Settings app. The Church Finder continues to work without location via manual city/zip code entry.
Notifications
You can turn off notifications at any time through your device's Settings app or within the app under Settings → Daily Notifications / Prayer Notifications.
Opt out of cloud sync
You can continue using the app as a guest at any time by logging out (Settings → Account → Sign Out). Your local data will be unaffected.
