These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Grandma's Tech Coach ("we," "our," or "us") and govern your use of the Grandma's Daily Peace mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, or reverse engineer or attempt to extract its source code.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
The App offers a free tier and an optional Premium subscription with auto-renewable subscription options (monthly and annual), as well as a one-time lifetime purchase. The following terms apply to auto-renewable subscriptions:
The lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-recurring payment that grants access to Premium features for the lifetime of the App. It does not auto-renew.
All purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service. We are unable to issue refunds directly for App Store purchases.
You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to disrupt its operation, accessing it through unauthorized means, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
The App provides Bible verses, prayers, reflections, and encouragement for personal spiritual support. It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. If you are in crisis or experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Grandma's Tech Coach and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Scripture quotations from the King James Version (KJV) are in the public domain.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grandma's Tech Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
